I laugh, because I've written that exact list for myself before.
He doesn't have a time problem. He has a priority problem.
Some goals are for now. Some are for later. Some can wait a year and lose nothing.
So I ask him one question.
"What's the one thing you absolutely have to get done today?"
Not ten things. One. Start there, then worry about tomorrow.
He didn't need a better plan. He needed a shorter one.
